Parent/Student Handbook Acknowledgement and Annual Income Eligibility Parent Survey due

Please note that students in Elementary, Adolescent Community, and High School are also required to sign the Parent/Student Handbook Acknowledgement. 

The forms are posted on FACTS Family Portal. The Income Eligibility form must be submitted in an sealed envelope - either dropped in the wire basket located outside the Welcome Center entrance or mailed to 9821 Timberside Houston, TX 77025. You may return the Handbook Acknowledgment form to Emily Blackman via email at [email protected].
