†Friends of the Arts
Supports the school's music program and our Creative Expression & Music guide. Volunteers transport instruments and students to off-campus performances, decorate the gym for the annual Christmas Concert, and organize the program's year-end party, among other activities.

Supports the school's athletics program, athletics director, and coaches by managing Saturday Soccer and concessions for SCM home games, assisting with team equipment, communications and transportation, and other activities as needed.

†Friends of the Atrium
Dedicated to celebrating the Catholic faith in our school. This committee supports our catechist, school Mass, and the Atrium environment. Additionally, Friends of the Atrium hosts Christian mediation, Rosaries, and other gatherings for the St. Catherine's community.

†Friends of the Garden
Supports the naturalist in maintaining our beautiful 10.4 acre campus. The committee organizes activities that build community and address school gardening needs, such as two annual garden days, educational and garden maintenance days, and farm to table demonstrations. This committee also assists with projects in the classroom gardens and the school orchard.

†Friends of the Library
Assists our library manager in support of the Sister Edna Ann Hebert Library. Volunteers help catalog and restore books, prepare book bags for the Primary children, maintain the Parent Library, and help host the annual Book Fair.

Faculty and Staff Appreciation
This committee organizes coffee, breakfast, casual lunch and snacks, and arranges surprise gifts for our guides and staff several times throughout the school year. These appreciation activities also include an appreciation luncheon in December and the Dessert Soirée hosted in May.

PSO Fall Fest
Fall Fest is one of two PSO-sponsored picnics hosted on the school grounds each year and is a beloved St. Catherine's tradition. There are many volunteer opportunities available, including event setup and cleanup, decorations, supervising student and family activities, staffing food and drink stations.

PSO Spring Fling
Spring Fling is there other PSO-sponsored picnic hosted on the school grounds each year, and is one of the first opportunities for the community to welcome the new families who will begin at St. Catherine's the following school year. Volunteer opportunities include event setup and cleanup, decorations, supervising student and family activities, staffing food and drink stations.

Sociables
Sociables are parent-hosted gatherings held throughout the school year that build community. They are a great way to get to know fellow St. Catherine’s families and have fun. Hosts brainstorm a party idea, plan, and host the event. A Sociable can be for a specific level, for entire families, or for adults only. Party planning can be as simple as booking a bowling alley and covering the cost of food, or as elaborate as hosting a party in your home.

Steps 4 Students 5K Run/Walk
Steps 4 Students is an annual event organized by the Archdiocese of Galveston-Houston. It's an exciting day of family fun that brings together the Catholic community for a sunrise Mass and 5K run/walk. Volunteers help promote the event to our community to encourage families to register for Team SCM and raise funds in support of our school. Proceeds benefit the SCM Athletics Program.
