Program

This presentation will discuss the meaning of “freedom with limits” at home and serve as a guide to help parents raise Montessori adolescents (ages 12-18) at home. Parents will leave feeling capable of empowering their adolescent to use the skills that are implemented in the Montessori classroom to thrive in various aspects of their personal and professional lives while understanding that even though “grades” start to enter the picture in the Upper School, the focus is still on the holistic development of the adolescent, and recognizing that each adolescent is a unique individual with distinctive strengths, needs, and potential.
