brisket marinara with all my baking show orchid in the middle and then this week maybe so you will be cooking gluten free pop that has a y b normal and cook that normal weird stuff do you have gluten free pasta got to get it all out there and wait for it to be ready hey everyone my name is Victoria the modern welcome to my kitchen today I'm going to be showing you one of my favorite recipe for pasta with cherry tomatoes this is a staple dish and almost every time household and my family makes is at least once a week sometimes even two times a week or even more we like making this every timer feeling uninspired and we don't know what to cook and we want something that is low after if it's still delicious it's just one of my go to the and if you try it will become one of yours to let me show you how to make it the thing I love what recipe is how minimal the ingredients and the mess is it literally is a handful of ingredients to pot and the cleanup you'll clean up in their own time it is the take me to round 20 minutes on a c and it's her for when you're running low on time and you want something very delicious and you are very hungry so the first thing that you want to do is wash and cut your cherry tomatoes I like you think this the odds you can cherry tomatoes just because they're so sweet and bigger Tomatoes sometimes they'll be more bitter or they have a lot more water in them so you're supposed to be super liquidy and watery and I don't really like that so I like using cherry a given cherry tomatoes fit so we're going to watch it and usually I make this for my family so I use a lot more Tomatoes but since it's just for me I'm going to be using around a handful and that's what I love about Italian cooking is that you look kind of there's no really given the mountain Italian cooking like whenever I would when I was little and I would cook I would ask my mom oh how much of this do you place your  I was just a handful or just a pinch of this and that's it really Sesame Place how much like is a handful how do I know what that is but the thing about Italian cooking is that you kind of have to trust yourself and you kind of feel your way through if that's how it's supposed to do it you feel your way through the ingredients in this do you like creative licensing allows you to personalize a dish however you want so if you want to make it for more people you put more Tomatoes if you want to put it make for that people like I'm doing today you put hot tomatoes and it itches how to add Italian cooking is very forgiving and it lets you kind of personalizing I'd really special touches like I like spicy food so I always have peppers and red pepper flakes and then if you don't you don't have to add it so I'm leaving washing Tomatoes got a handful I will text. When my mom used to make this every time when she was cutting the tomatoes I would just eat that get so mad at me but before that the tomatoes will do you want to boil your pasta water because you want your sauce and pasta pasta to be done at the same time so you can coming up same time and you're not waiting for one thing to be done and we solved it like the ocean I know it's weird but trust me next you're going to get olive oil on yes and add some garlic and do you want extra virgin olive oil a good quality olive oil from a pan and then you're going to want to add garlic Club whole garlic because you want the olive oil to be infused Viagra if you don't want to add minced garlic you don't want to if you don't want to because you don't want that with garlic to overpower you did she want to act like a nice little walk in clinic and you don't want to add garlic powder cuz that's too overpowering and this just as involved because it's with the M&M flavor do we get this year and stuff play it's not like I like you too kind of confusing I walked alone with her Brown a little bit but do not burn it be careful not to hurt any cuz it and anyone else is good we literally make is pasta so many times that I don't remember from the first time I had it was like I remembered it's my favorite memories was when I would make it with my mom and I was just the chair and I would stand next to her that I would get to stir things around or cut things in and I would wear her apron to because I just having a friend over my husband to have to fold it over yeah and I the cat that have to pull up a chair to be her height do you want to get your tomato cooking and let them reduce a little bit and you want the tomatoes to release all of their delicious juices and kind of start bleeding a little bit and this will take around like 15 or so minutes it is not coming to process and meanwhile you wait you want to clean up clean up that's always a good Emily can never get too we have pasta for lunch and dinner someday like I don't think there's really a time where we don't have pasta for dinner I don't know but I you can't get tired of it because positive versatile and Christian show me ways you can make it and make it your own stop making it and leave it let the juices kind of reduce a little bit okay I'm going get basil from our garden guy should have a little herb garden and just because fresh basil just had such a nice touch to a dish I wish you could smell it because it smells amazing also make sure to wash your basal just like you lost all your other thing I want any beer or  on it and actually my water is boiling now so now the water's boiling I can probably add in my pasta and you can literally what type of sauce you can literally add any when you're making tomato sauce for a lot of people you probably don't want to add spaghetti just because spaghetti needs a water softener coming onto and it can dry out the saw but since I'm making it spaghetti spaghetti but you can feel free to use any coffee we can go crazy I act I like using 1082 but I don't have that on me today I just haven't been getting how to rap give me the latest fourth of the packet for just me but if I have leftovers I can keep this leftovers and eat it for lunch tomorrow so we always do every time we talk Sweetwater Restaurant looking back I should probably use a solid thought because I need to sit all the noodles have to wait for him to put down to be able to get all of it takes away funny story when I was little I would when I was helping my mom in the kitchen I would literally Snap-on raw pasta I would just bite into it for some reason I thought it tasted really good but it hurt my teeth the pasta is just about done and usually the tricks for cooking pasta is that I want to take it out around two minutes two to three minutes before it's actually done cooking because first of all you don't want to overcook it pops up because that does not taste good and you want it to finish cooking in the sauce I'd like the possible release like it's like starches and and I do it'll cook together with the sauce and sticking up really nicely so I'm going to turn the heat off and grab some and we're going to put this in and I lower the heat a little bit and I'll kill you and you can do grabbing it with my chocolate if you drain it reserved some of that pasta water because you're going to need that cuz when the pasta cooks and release all starches so this is like all the starchy water in the starch kind of acts like it's blue and it allows the the Sasa kind of picking up so we're going to mix it in and combine all of the ingredients in the water kind of Health Combined everything I add a little bit of a time you want but it was just a little bit no that's all Mighty combined I am going to plated everything is picking up and combined superknife waves and if you my garlic you can take your dog out before you can claim it to me too much so I guess we're just having leftovers tomorrow and grab a nice girl harmful inflated last night and you can garnish it with extra basil whatever you like more red pepper place I love red pepper flakes I'll probably do more of that. and even some cheese if you want but I think we're out surprisingly we always have people in this house I would also every time I remain confident you leave keys I would just take 5,000 Parmesan cheese and I loved and do you have it at full of pasta with cherry tomatoes
