Tuition Policy
- Tuition and any applicable fees are due and payable on or before July 1, 2021
- Or, you can select either the 3 installment plan or the 9 installment plan.
- The tuition payment plans are as follows. All fees are still due on July 1, 2021.
- Three equal tuition payments due 7/1/2021, 10/1/2021, 1/1/2022.
- Nine equal tuition payments due on the first day of each month July 2021 through March 2022.
- Tuition is payable through FACTS. Both the 3- and 9-month payment plans include interest at the fixed rate of 7.5%
- To make payments, parents will set up a FACTS Tuition Management account.
- Through their FACTS account, parents will pay by checking account (no fee incurred) or credit card (2.85% processing fee). Returned checks will incur a $35 fee.
- Current Family Re-Enrollment and Tuition Payment Agreement for the 2021-2022 academic school year will be signed and submitted by February 12, 2021, along with a $750 non-refundable tuition deposit.
- New Family Enrollment and Tuition Payment Agreement for the 2021-2022 academic school year will be signed and submitted by April 7, 2021, along with a $750 non-refundable tuition deposit. There is an $850 New Student Fee assessed and due with the first payment.
- Cancellation of Re-Enrollment and Tuition Payment Agreement: Parent may cancel this agreement, except for forfeiture of the non-refundable Seven Hundred Fifty Dollars ($750) deposit, by giving written notice to the School’s business office on or before April 1, 2021. After that date, Parent is obligated to pay Tuition for the entire school year, and the payment will not be waived or refunded. Withdrawal prior to or during the 2021-2022 academic year does not relieve the Parent of the Tuition payment obligation.
- To apply for consideration in the first round of the Archdiocesan scholarship fund, please complete the FACTS application found online at www.stcathmont.org under the Parents tab by February 12, 2021. You will also be applying for the St. Catherine's Montessori Scholarship Fund automatically. To apply for the St. Catherine's Scholarship Fund only, complete the FACTS application by March 1, 2021.
- Tuition unpaid by the tenth day of the month in which it is due is considered delinquent and collection procedures will be pursued. Late payments will affect the ability to finance tuition in the future. If tuition becomes 90 days or more delinquent the financing arrangement is considered breached and the balance of the school year’s tuition will become due and payable immediately.
- Families with more than one child enrolled in the school will receive a tuition discount of 10% for each younger sibling.
- School records or teacher recommendations/evaluations will not be forwarded to other schools until all past due tuition amounts have been paid in full.
- All exceptions to the tuition payment policy must be approved by the Head of School.
To Set Up A Payment Plan
1. Sign into ParentsWeb.
2. Click on FACTS Tab on left side of menu.

3. In the FACTS Links box, "Set up a Payment Plan".
• Payment plan is for any charges throughout the year
4. Click "Begin" to set up your payment plan.
5. Plan options: Select a payment plan and click "Next".
• Payment plan options:
– Annual Plan (one installment payment)
– Three (3) Installment Plan (7.5% fixed interest)
– Nine (9) Installment Plan (7.5% fixed interest)
6. Payment Details: Enter your financial account information.
• Note: Incidental Expenses refers to the yearly facility and student fees, aftercare fees, after school activity fees, etc.
7. Payment Schedule: Review your schedule.
• All payments will be processed on the first business day of the month.
8. Review and Authorize: Check the box to agree to the Terms & Conditions and click "Done".
