Welcome back to the High School Corner! 

This week we had a super fun project in AP Environmental Science. Each of us chose a biome to research. After gathering basic information on our chosen biome we each decorated a hat to represent our biome. Now, armed with information and a nicely decorated hat, we participated in an activity called Biome Speed-Dating. We spent ten minutes with each of our classmates asking them questions about their biome and reciprocating with information about our own biome in the hopes of finding our biome “soulmates.” While not everyone found the biome of their dreams, we all had fun exploring the concept of biomes in such a unique way.
