High School to organize food drive in support of Casa de Esperanza

Over the past few years, the High School has done community service work with Casa de Esperanza de Los Niños, a local organization that provides residential and family support programs for families who are unable to properly care for their children. Some of their work has included organizing events for the children, cooking for host parents, aiding in the preparation of Christmas gifts, and assembling birthday boxes.

Last spring students held a very successful food drive to collect nonperishable items for Casa’s pantry, and they host another drive September 20 - October 1, 2021. During these two weeks, there will be a box stationed at the front of the school to collect donations during drop-off and pick-up. Please see the list below for Casa’s preferred food donations.
