Spring Fling is coming back Saturday, April 29, 2023. With more Spring and more Flings Guaranteed*. Come ready to enjoy great community, music, and food!
The next planning meeting will be Thursday, March 9 at 1:00 PM on Zoom.
Opportunities to volunteer include:
• Grounds/Facility: Do preliminary walkthrough with Facilities Manager and communicate with Naturalist about Garden Work Day.
• Music and Sound: Contact DJ about event, arrange for A/V set up.
• Volunteer Coordinators: Set up a SignUpGenius to recruit volunteers and manage volunteers at event.
• Event Crews: Volunteers will be needed the day of the event to set up, clean up, and manage food and beverage stations.
