ParentsWeb currently has all required forms that will need to be printed, signed and returned to the school by August 9 under the heading Resource Documents. Also, there are Web Forms that are prepopulated and need to be updated and reviewed annually by August 9 or as changes occur throughout the year. Please read the post under Announcements to view a checklist list of all required forms.
The forms under Resource Documents and the Web Forms will need to be completed in order for your child or children to attend the first day of school.
