This party has been called many things from Bubba Gump to Fais Do Do, but the party always features great food, luscious libations and fabulous music. The menu of Cajun specialties includes the usual crawfish etoufee, gumbo, boudin, sausage and a wide variety of other goodies. This year’s specialty is still being dreamed up! Libations of beer and wine - plus the crowd pleaser: Dark & Stormy will be on hand. This year will feature the tunes of Keyun and The Zydeco Masters fronted by Keyun Dickson, winner of the Big Squeeze Contest at the 21st Annual Accordion Kings and Queens Festival held at the Miller Outdoor Theater and Sponsored by Texas Folklife.
