Family Yoga is a place for all families, no matter their ages or sizes or shapes. The classes are structured but open to spontaneity. Yoga principles are taught through creative games, and intentional exercises. It's a joyful and creative way to bond with your family, thru movement, breath and fun exercises. We will also serve light healthy snacks to rejuvenate you :) Come join us to breathe, move and create together! Class taught by Amorette from "BIG Power Yoga"
