Choosing a school is an important decision, and we want to make the admissions process feel welcoming, personal, and easy to navigate. We encourage you to take your time getting to know our school, our AMI Montessori approach, and the people who make our community special.
Our admissions journey includes four simple steps; each an opportunity for you to learn more about St. Catherine's and for us to get to know your family.
1. Inquire
Complete our inquiry form, and our Admissions Team will reach out to connect and get you started on your St. Catherine's journey.
2. Tour
Schedule a campus tour to experience St. Catherine's firsthand and see the beauty of Montessori in action.
3. Observe
Email Amy Walz to sign up for a 1-hour classroom observation—a focused opportunity for parents to picture your child thriving in our classrooms.
*For Adolescent Community and High School, we schedule a meeting with our Director of Upper School instead of a classroom observation.
4. Apply
Complete your online application and submit the additional required documents as detailed below.
After the tour, you will receive the application link. An application will not be considered complete unless a parent observation has been completed. For applicants entering 7th through 12th grade, a meeting with the Upper School Director is required instead. Applications must be accompanied by a non-refundable fee of $150 and the required documents detailed below. Following initial application review, qualified candidates will be invited to an in-person classroom visit. We require the submission of all required application documents prior to this visit.
The priority deadline for online applications is January 15, 2027. Applications received after this deadline will be considered on a rolling basis. All relevant required documents are due by January 31, 2027 for consideration in first-round acceptances.
Once all required materials have been received and invited candidates have completed their in-person classroom visit, applications will undergo a final review.
Beginning March 5, 2027, St. Catherine’s will extend admission offers to qualified candidates on a rolling basis as space allows. Families who receive a first-round admission offer must notify the school of their acceptance by March 24, 2027 to secure their enrollment.
