Application Process

Step 1: INQUIRE

Complete and submit our Inquiry Form.

Step 2: Tour 

Schedule a school tour by emailing admissions@stcathmont.org.

Step 3: ObservE

Once you have taken a tour, you will be able to sign up for a classroom observation. This is a one hour visit to see what takes place in the classroom.

Step 4: APPLY

Online enrollment applications are available after the tour. Completed applications must be accompanied by a non-refundable fee of $150.  First-round applications are due January 17, 2025. Following application review, qualified candidates will be invited to an in-person classroom visit. We require the submission of all supplemental documents prior to this meeting, including teacher recommendations, student report cards, most recent standardized testing scores, school records, and psychological evaluation or diagnostic testing, if applicable. After this, applications will be reviewed and admission will be offered to qualified candidates in early March on a rolling and space-available basis. 

Required Documents:

• Records Release Form
• Teacher Recommendation: Kindergarten (ages 5-6)
• Teacher Recommendation: Grades 1-5
• English Teacher Recommendation: Grades 6-12
• Math Teacher Recommendation: Grades 6-12

The following admission documents are submitted with the online application for 1st through 11th grade:

• Most recent progress report

• Year-end report cards from the previous two years (if applicable)

• Achievement test scores from the previous two years (if applicable)

• Online confidential recommendation form(s) obtained as part of the online application
