Step 1: INQUIRE
Complete and submit our Inquiry Form.
Step 2: Tour
After you have submitted the inquiry form, schedule a school tour to observe students at work in our classrooms and discover whether the St. Catherine's community is right for your family. Tours are for adults only.
Step 3: ObservE
Once you have completed a school tour, you may sign up for a parents-only classroom observation. This one-hour visit includes time for questions.
*For the Adolescent Community and High School, a meeting with our Director of Upper School will be scheduled instead of a classroom observation.
Step 4: APPLY
Online applications are available after the tour and classroom observation are completed. Applications must be accompanied by a non-refundable fee of $150 and the required documents detailed below. Following initial application review, qualified candidates will be invited to an in-person classroom visit. We require the submission of all required admission documents prior to this visit.
The priority application deadline is January 16, 2026. All required documents must be submitted by January 31, 2026.
Applications received after this deadline will be considered on a rolling basis.
Required Documents
Once all required materials have been received and qualified candidates have completed their in-person classroom visit, applications will undergo a final review. St. Catherine’s will extend admission offers to qualified candidates beginning in early March, on a rolling basis as space allows.
