John’s comments about Montessori -“I find the Montessori philosophy of respecting and accepting each student for who they are and adapting the educational environment to their needs a perfect fit for me. The philosophy extends beyond children at our school to include all staff and parents. The family atmosphere that I along with so may others perceive here is the direct result of this philosophy. I truly could not think of working anywhere else.”
