Claudia Schnelle

Claudia has her BBA from Universidad Iberoamericana in Mexico City and her Master’s
in Political Economy from Warwick University in England.  She worked for KPMG and Pricewaterhousecoopers between 1993 and 2000 as an international trade consultant.  Recently Claudia has worked at St. Catherine’s as the outdoor environment assistant.

Claudia grew up in Mexico City, lived in England for 2 years and then moved to the United States 15 years ago.  She and her husband Keith have 4 children – Andres, Pablo, Isabel and Nicolas.  In her spare time she enjoys reading, printmaking, traveling, gardening and being outdoors.

Claudia’s comments on Montessori are – “Montessori allows children to be curious and self learners.  It gives an internal order to ones life which becomes a tool forever.”
