Cathy Santos
Cathy received her BS in Biology from the University of Houston.
Cathy has worked at Seton Catholic Junior High as a 7th and 8th grade science teacher, at St. Rose of Lima as an early childhood teacher and also as an assistant in Pre-K and Kindergarten. She has worked at St. Catherine’s since 1998 as an Upper Elementary assistant.
Her hobbies include reading, camping, hiking, going to museums, especially art museums, and watching her children in their sporting events. Cathy and her husband have 2 children.
Her comments on Montessori - “I enjoy working with the children. I like it when things come together and click for them. I think it is wonderful when the students overcome obstacles and feel a real sense of accomplishment. I’ve found I’m not a bad travel agent either.”
