WHAT ARE THEY?
Sociables are parent-sponsored parties and events throughout the year that raise funds for the school through ticket sales. They are a great way to get to know the St. Catherine’s community better and have fun!
WHAT KIND OF PARTIES OR EVENTS?
Families can sponsor kids events for Infant Community through the Adolescent Community. Sample kid parties include: “Harry Potter Potions Class”, “American Ninja Warrior Training”, “SCM Sugar Bowl”, “Sweet Pea Tea” and the “Houston Fire Museum".
Families can sponsor adult parties as well. Anything from dinner parties like "Passport to Arabian Nights" to game nights like “Ladies Bunco”, learning to be a rock star with "Parent Ukulele Ensemble", or to dancing to zydeco music while eating some yummy food at the "Bayou Bash".
Sociables can be hosted at a home, the school (depending on space availability) or at a specific venue.
HOW CAN I HOST OR CO-HOST A SOCIABLE?
Yes! Signing up to host or co-host with other families is easy.
WHEN WILL TICKETS BE SOLD FOR SOCIABLES?
Ticket sales for Sociables will be open to our community on October 14th in the school gym where you can sign up and pay for the events you would like to attend. Many popular events sell out quickly as space is limited, so come early and join in the fun!
