a. Recommended new roles
i. Communications Coordinator – Melissa Lopez
ii. Game day medical support (ice, wraps, etc.) – Dave Lopez
b. Recommended changes to By-Laws – Chris Palamountain
i. Email voting: clarify as to a majority of responses count towards voting
ii. Designated authority to approve spending below a set amount
