2007 - 2008 Re-Enrollment Forms

Look for a packet from St. Catherine’s Montessori that contains all the information needed for re-enrolling students for the 2007-2008 school year.

These were mailed yesterday to all families; if you don’t receive yours by Thursday, please call or e-mail Judy McCullough immediately.

All contracts and Economic Eligibility Forms are due back to us by February 22nd. Please note the 2007-08 enrollment and tuition payment agreement form must be completed both front and back sides. If yours are going to be late for any reason, please call or e-mail Judy McCullough.
